Going back to the scumbumbo Mod are you sure you deleted both the OutfitTtools.py and the OutfitTool.pyo files as well as the MTS_Scumbumbo_OutfitTools_v2b.ts4script file? You might still have part of the Mod if you downloaded both zips.
