All counters broken [counters and other furniture disappear after patch 1.110]

Every time I go to place a counter or a couch, even if it's from the base game, I get a "script failed" error message. I reinstalled my game and restarted my computer, but it didn't fix anything. A few people on here said it was caused by an outdated 18+ mod, but I downloaded all the updated versions, and it's still not fixed. Does anyone know how to fix this?
