All households totally gone
I opened the game the other day and one of my saves seems to be corrupted. All of my builds are there but no sims, and household manager is completely empty. I have already: removed mods recovered...

@Galbi4Life Try recovering a backup copy of this save:

I had tried that as well, but the only backups were from earlier that night (when households were already gone) or from February 1.
@Galbi4Life Then I'm sorry to say, you might have to go all the way back to February 1. You could however check OneDrive for any copies of Sims 4 saves. Even if you never use it, OneDrive might have synced some data, and maybe you'll get lucky.
I think I am just going to start over. I saved all my houses and I will just start a new file and new families/storylines I guess. It sucks but it’s just a game, too.

If so, you will probably want to test all of your Mods / CC to make sure there's nothing in there that may cause the issue to happen again. Please at least read the first post, if not the entire thread. If you do test your mods and find one that causes your households to disappear, please consider sharing that information in a reply in the thread.
