@2GeeksinaPod If you save your 'building' to the library, then move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file and place the building in a new save, does it still flag ?

The lot was empty, no build when I did this save but I will go in-game and try to do this test to see what happens. I do think it is probably a mod I have installed but couldnt begin to figure out which since there is nothing on the lot to mod =) Maybe some kind of ground texture mod?

  @2GeeksinaPod Hard to tell. I'm not sure how much of a house a lot actually needs to be saveable to the gallery, tbh. Haven't tried that.
  
  You could also test if another lot flags as well
