all male have scars off the gallery and i cant remove them

Hi, i have been playing sims forever and would really appreciate some help with this. i have updated my game since oct 31, and i have been playing as my female character but i wanted to add a male from the gallery. After adding a male through the gallery i went into cas to edit him a bit, i went to add tattoos and it showed he has breast removal scars and the female anatomy. i went to the scars folder and it was showing me i did not have the scars clicked and the scars on him are different than the scars just recently added to the game, so i have no way to remove them. i thought it might have been cc from the person who created the man so i went and found another man and added him to my family just to see the same thing and i still cant change it. please helpppp

    Hi @Onarierose CC isn't downloadable from the Gallery. You should be able to remove all skin details, including medical ones, if you turn cas.fulleditmode on. You can also change the body type to male that way.

    hi thank you for trying to help me out, i already had the cas.fulleditmode on because i wanted to fully edit the man off of the gallery as i am adding him mid game. I cant remove the scars because they are not the same ones that are in the game so there is no button to remove it. i can actually put the in game scars over it and remove them but the other ones stay. i tried to change the sex from female to male and it didnt change anything.

    @luthienrising hey i got back on today and tried to just create a male sim from scratch and it is doing the same thing. but the females all are normal unless i change them, it is just the males that are "glitching" with the removal scars and so on

    Hi @Onarierose Are you playing with mods and CC at all? If you are, please test without. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
