Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it didn't help. The mods are still broken.

@VelerinaStarleaf It sounds like you still have broken mods in the game. Not all mods have been updated for the patch. Re-check the current lists in the Broken/Updated Mods thread. Delete localthumbcache every time you change content in Mods. Make sure all old versions of updated mods are deleted, including checking for duplicates.
If you still have issues after going through that thread to update mods, you can do a 50-50 of your remaining mods. Instructions are in https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-and-Mod-CC-Issues/Mod-and-CC-Issues-Discussion-and-Support-1-103-Dec-5-amp-14-2023/m-p/13271178#M51892.

(Ignore the red mark)
This is what I get with the UPDATED MC Command Center and ONLY that one loaded. I get this with every single mod, script or not. I have updated what can be updated, deleted the TMEx mods (because those have always caused problems for some reason) & deleted the localcache. I can play the game.but I can't access the landlord/renter area, can't assign rooms'/units in BUild/Buy (the dropdown is blank) & the live/edit mode button is also grayed out, telling me the game load is still in progress. I only play with a few script mods, most of them are decor items.
I have done all the usual stuff already! If there are any unusual methods, please let me know.
