Since you have Eco Lifestyle, the bags are probably a result of a NAP so to get rid of them, repeal that NAP. You might have to search several worlds and zones to make sure you find all the zones where the NAP is active.
For the other two things you are reporting, I suggest you start a new game in a new folder and see if those things still happen without mods and CC in the game. Both of those issues are probably mod or CC caused. If the pet coats are correct and males don't wear bras, then it is something in your mod folder that you will have to track down and either remove or update.
FYI, in the future, please don't include more than one issue in a bug report. Create a bug report for each issue so they can be tracked by the AHQ system. It would be helpful this time if you will edit your post down to one issue you've reported and create new posts for the other two.
