all preset on my most recent sims dissapear when I open the game

My 2 most recent sims had body and lip presets. If i put them on a lot and go into live mode the presets dissapear in cas and in the live mode. All my other sims are fine and have their presets. I di...

I'm having the same problem. I used nose/lip/eye presets on this sim, but her appearance changes when I enter live mode and stays that way if I reenter CAS.
