All relationships automatically maxing out

Hi all,

I've been experiencing an issue since yesterday (haven't played for a while): my Sims's relationships keep autonomously getting better. I thought it was the Social Bunny app at first, so I deactivated that for all my Sims, but still all relationships keep growing. My Sims have like 15 relationships which are maxed out, even though I didn't speak to those Sims in a few days. Every day they get a moodlet from making a great new friend.

I have all expansions installed, all game packs except for Star Wars and Realm of Magic, a few stuff packs. I do not play with mods or CC. 

Is anybody else experiencing this and how did you solve it?
