All sims are invisible/don't load

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for Journey to Batu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just load up the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Either a single sim or multiple sims are invisible in the game - their plumbob will float around but there is no sim underneath that you can see. This can last anywhere from a few in game hours to continuing until I restart the game. It happens with both played household sims and random sims on the same lot.
What do you expect to see? My sims lol
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
