i removed all my packs an put them into a separate folder onto my desktop and now since its just the base game only it is working fine . how do i find out which pack is messing up ?
I didn't mean move your expansion/game/stuff packs, only the Mods folder inside the Sims 4 user folder, as in, this one:

I think it's fine to put back your packs, although you may need to restart your computer in order to do so. If you really think one of your packs is a problem, add them back a few at a time and keep testing—finding the culprit shouldn't take too long.
I have this problem too. I have all packs, when lovestruck is enabled my sims wont interact with anything the most they will do is walk around. Theyre queue will also sometimes glitch out as if a command is being spammed but deleted instantly. I am a PC player, have no CC in game and without lovestruck it all works fine.
