Anyone currently using functional Loft beds/ bunk beds?

I'm using the same one, fingers crossed it seems to be working absolutely fine (without a ladder animation). I've managed to squish 6 sims in a 62 tile house (I got the toddler/pet tub shower- 1 tile too and it's saving so much space!).
