Anyone currently using functional Loft beds/ bunk beds?

I been searching for different functional loft beds I was hoping to find beds which can be placed separately. I need a top bed which would allow other furniture to be place underneath. The few I have ...

I tried using the toddler bunk beds from pipedream world but even with nothing on either side of the bed the toddler can't get up to the top bunk :(
