Anyone know what has caused this...

Alright so I moved the documents folder right towards the Desktop (So cut and paste to make sure nothing remained in the EA folder. Booted up the game still same problem. Not sure what caused this issue or where its coming from but starting to think I might need to do a full reinstall of the game o.O
