Apartment Bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work, city living, cats and dogs, get famous, and snowy escape.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? An outline of an unbreakable wall is in the middle of the plaza. Sims can't walk around it or through it.
What do you expect to see? During gameplay, the outline of an apartment is covering the ground.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

PLEASE HELP AND READ: Outlines of an apartment is duplicated and in the middle of the gameplay area/ plaza. I tried moving it and deleting it using the command; bb.moveobjects. It is unbreakable. I tried clearing cache and repairing game and nothing works. Thank you for your time.The bug

    @zoe_dore Did you use the set as head or are you using tool ?

    If you're using tool, have you tried if you can remove it with that ?

    @zoe_dore What I meant is did you do that before before it got there ?

    I would try using TOOL to see if you can delete it with that. There's also a smaller mod by twistedMexis called destroyObjects. If you can select the object you might be able too remove it.
