At least I know I'm not the only one, though in my case there seems to be more to it than just the interaction. As I said in my original post, my sim's spouse just seems to randomly spaz out and uses mean interactions on her husband for no reason whatsoever. She has no traits that should cause this, there are no visible sentiments between the sims at all, and it's never anything because of moods because it can happen even in something like a flirty mood. For me this is an inconvenience because again as I mentioned in my original post, it means I'm constantly having to keep an eye on their relationship and build it back up. I don't even want to play that household anymore because I not only have 4 teens I have to deal with, but then the nonsense between the parents and for me it's too frustrating and overwhelming.
If it was simply the interaction being stuck I would still like to know what might actually cause it, though I wouldn't be too concerned with it because yes just having the interaction isn't much problem at all. Though when something keeps causing one of my sims to flip out on her husband, then it is a problem and makes the game even more annoying to deal with than it already can be.
This is just a theory of course, but I can't help but feel it's something with the sentiments glitching. The two sims did have negative sentiments towards each other in the past, WAY in the past when they were young adults which they're both elders now, and while those sentiments appear to be gone I can't help but feel that one of the sims is still dealing with elements of it.
