So I've put my CC in the mods section of sims as package files but for some reason, only one specific item is coming up. please can I have help?
Definitely will try 🙂 @pandagirlxx. Let's check of a few issues to start. With some luck, it's one of these and easy to solve:
First, check that you don't have a second folder called "Mods" somewhere that you're accidentally using instead. I have absolutely done this myself because I had a backup folder also called "Mods"! All the CC should be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.If you've ruled that out, check inside Mods to make sure that none of the package files are more than five folders deep: that's as far as The Sims 4 can see them.
Third, make sure you aren't using something like iCloud or OneDrive to sync your Sims folders. Syncing programs will mess with Sims settings and files.
Fingers crossed, and if this doesn't help, we'll start on other options 🙂
