Hi @amethystkinn . Do you have OneDrive or iCloud syncing your Documents folder? If so, it might be the cause of your problem. If not, what's the full address of the Mods folder?
Hello, thank you for replying lovely. How can I check if the document folder is syncing on my Steam Deck? Also it is in my Electronic Arts folder & it is correct because it has the piece of text in the file which makes the mods work 😁
@amethystkinn Just looked that up (we don't see a lot of Steam Deck players!), and according to some other players, your path should look like this:
home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1222670/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents (or My Documents)/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Not sure if it's "Documents" or "My Documents", but it should be a folder the game created there.
That's the pathway I have gone 🙂 still not showing, have reinstalled my game too, I don't know what else to do
@amethystkinn Just to be sure it's not a mod issue, try adding just one mod that's been cleared or updated at Broken/Updated Mods or one of the mods on the Bugfix list. If that doesn't help, you might need help from one of the technical forums.
