Hi! My mods folder is completely gone?
I have my steam filed connected to a different drive, therefore theres no "documents" folder, so I find my way to the right folders through steam> steamapps> common> The Sims 4
and theres no mod folder. It was there last night, I copied it so I could look through it while the game is running and then today the entire folder is gone.

Now I don't know what to do. The game runs fine otherwise, but no mod content is working, even if I make a new folder "Mods" inside The Sims 4 folder.
The folder you are looking at is the programs folder the mods folder does not belong there so delete the one you created. You want the user folder in Documents.
Both Mac and Windows always have a Documents folder and since you tried to follow the instructions linked it appears that you did find Documents on your Mac. I suspect that you instead of copying the mods folder by mistake moved it. The game will create a new empty Mods folder when you start it. For further help I recommend that you post in the Mac forum.
I don't use a Mac, I have a windows pc.
My theres no documents folder connected to the drive where all my sims stuff is downloaded and my C: drive's documents folder has always been and is currently empty.Hi @Nowiiisen Open the game and use this method to locat the folder where your Saves are: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ This will be "next" to Mods, in the same location.
