Are there any mods that let you change the keybindings for TS4?

I've played a lot of Rimworld so I'm used to things like Q and E being to rotate furniture, spacebar to pause, etc. I'd like to change the keybindings to something more intuitive for me. As I understand it, it's not possible to do this in vanilla TS4, so are there any mods out there that facilitate that?

I can't use AutoHotKey as I'm actually playing using Wine on Linux (which works perfectly for me btw, had no problems including with installing mods and CC), but it does mean I don't have a Windows desktop on which I could use something like AHK. I suppose I could use Linux software to remap my keys for TS4 but that just sounds annoying compared to just installing a mod that adds a menu to the game.
