You can add your own custom music to your Sims radio stations by copying an mp3 file on your computer to documents/electronic arts/the sims 4/custom music. You should see all your sim radio stations there. So, say, if you wanted to put Shake it off in your pop music playlist, you would put it there under the pop folder.
I actually got an album of Simlish covers by the Stardust sisters and most went in my alternative folder. I also got several indie RF tracks free from various sources, like BenSound, epidemic music and Jamendo. Ok, epidemic music was not free, they are a subscription service with unlimited downloads. But if you are a streamer you can use their tracks while you are subscribed. YouTube itself also has a music library for creator studios.
Now as to a Simlish version, I don’t know that Taylor ever recorded one. But if you can find an instrumental track, you could sing and record a Simlish cover for your own use. Sherb it off!
