ask

I was downloading some CC eye, nose, and mouth presents from a Youtube video, (Video linked below), but upon moving the downloaded items into the mod folder, starting up the game did not show the items in CAS. I've tried resetting the game, but beyond that I don't know how else I could add these into my game or what could've gone wrong. Thanks for your help!

    @StarxCandy   Hi!  You may need to go into your Options menu, Game Options and enable mods / CC in the Other tab. 

    This will require you to restart the game, so after you check the box and Apply Changes, just exit the game, then relaunch it.  Hopefully you will get a Mods list when the game opens.

    And hopefully that means the CC will be in CAS when you load your game save.  Hope this helps!

    Hi! One quick question regarding CC eyelashes. How do you install them? I've downloaded many 'eyes' with lashes in the photo, but in game they aren't on the model. Is there a button I am not pressing to add on the lashes or do I need to separately download them? This may seem like a silly question so I apologize! Haha.

    @StarxCandy   Apologies!  I just saw your question thought I don't quite understand.  Did you download a preset for eyes that showed eyelashes but they aren't showing in your game?  I think it's quite possible that the eyelashes are a separate download.  Do you mind sharing an example of what's not working?  We're not allowed to include links but if you could provide the name of the creator and the name of the preset and / or eyelashes, I could search for them and test them in my game.
