Attached picture/error code

What does this mean ? My game wont load!

    @KimelaAnn33 Mozt likely an outdated mods issue.

    If you have mods, take out or rename your mods folder and delete localthumbcache. Then try again. If it loads, use the 50/50 method to weed out the culprit(s).
