attend class while focused is not fulfilled

Hi, my 2 sims are in Brainac club and got the mission,'attend class while focused', and my sims took 'focused potion' from rewards with 200 satisfaction points. And it randomly doesn't count it as completed. Is there anyone has  the same issue? My sims are studying at Foxbury dorm.
