@Sporeina Please do check with no mods or CC at all and let me know how that goes. Bit of a toss-up here whether this one is a mod installation issue or a game issue. We'll get you in the right support once you've done that vanilla test. (Be sure to back your saves up first!)
I think it may have just been a fluke, I loaded my game yesterday (even with mods) and the current pregnancy was a boy, I guess the game wanted me to have 14 girls in a row first?
