Baby Icon misaligned/Wrong skin tone/Missing crib

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug happened after my sim had twins at the hospital (I joined them).
What happens when the bug occurs? 1 baby has no crib and is floating in the air. Both baby icons at the bottom are a darker skin tone than the babies. The icons are also misaligned so you only see baby feet.
What do you expect to see? 1 crib for each baby and the full baby shown in the icons with the same skin tone as the baby themselves

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The first baby went into the crib at the hospital & the 2nd one floated in the wall of the hospital crib with a darker skin tone. Both sims are from CAS & shouldn't have any family lineage to affect this. When the game loaded their house after the births, one baby was in a crib and the other was floating in the air next to him. Both baby icons at the bottom are a darker skin tone than the babies. The icons are also misaligned so you only see baby feet.
I do have CC, but I do not have any mods at all. I disabled CC, quit, and reopened the game which resolved the missing crib/floating baby. The baby icons are still an issue even after doing the previous mentioned. The first 2 sims are the parents of the babies and the babies are only the 2nd generation of this family.
