Best Gameplay Enhancement Mods?
Up until this point playing the Sims 4 I haven't really gotten into mods, but after being around the forums and watching videos on YouTube I'm seriously considering getting mods to enhance the gamepla...

My favorite "small" mod is "Don't Wash Dishes Where You Angry Poop" by Scumbumbo: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=603052
Basically it allows you to prevent sims from washing dishes in sinks you don't want them to use, so they use the kitchen sink instead of traipsing all the way upstairs to your guest bathroom or whatever. This has saved me so much rage.
He's also got one to disable counters which I keep meaning to download but haven't yet. Just to give an example of why, I have a house with a small kitchen and a huge basement with a lab on the far side of it; the sims will start preparing food in the kitchen and then go aaaalllll the way downstairs and across the basement to serve in on the counter in the lab.
I also like "Happy Buffs Changed to Fine" which keeps them from getting ecstatic over wallpaper when they're supposed to be grieving their mother, or similar: http://modthesims.info/d/579603
