Better Exceptions detects 'Exception in Sim Timeline'

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020-1.300.000.175.Release
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Cool Kitchen Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Moschino Stuff, Spooky Stuff, and Star Wars. (a few kits I don't have)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I play for a few seconds and the exception occurs. Does not matter which household I play, it will occur within a few moments of playing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Better Exceptions gives me a report that says: Possible cause 10%: holiday_service Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'time_off_work')
What do you expect to see? I've seen other people have this issue, but they play with custom holidays and holiday mods, which I do not do at all. All the holidays in my game are what packs gave me, so I'm not sure why I have this exception.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
