The outdoor bin does not have any other interactions. Use a Recycler to get bits and pieces. If you can't afford to buy one you can use the ones at the community spaces.
It did, that and the dumpster gave my options to "sort recycables" or "sort compostables" now I can't do either. Maybe I can only get bits n bobs from a recycler but I swear the bin n dumpster had these options. Now all I get for my big trash can is kick.
@nemophilist89 does the home lot have reduce and recycle trait? I heard that helps fulled the cans in the neighborhood
