Bin and recycling issues Eco Lifestyle

Hi,  I installed Eco Lifestyle, all working fine, my sim goes to university then moves back home. I cannot for the life of me select ANYTHING but 'Kick' on the rubbish bin. Dumpsters too won't let m...

@nemophilist89  does the home lot have reduce and recycle trait? I heard that helps fulled the cans in the neighborhood
