I was looking to see in how many days my sims will age up and it didn't show. Also in the calendar it didn't show any sims birthdays. What do you expect to see? I also have disabled all my CC and mods and it still doesn't work. I don't know if it is a bug but can anyone help me ?

I did look at that report and didn't find an anwer to my problem. I do not have mccc downloaded in my game and the game worked just fine before I changed the seasons length. Also the birthdays do not show up in any of my save files even if I restart it doesn't work.

@johannamathe What other mods are you using ? Did you play until the next season after removing your mods ? The calendar usually doesn't update right away so you kinda need to play through a cycle if something is broken.

@crinrict I use some minor mods like the slice of life and I also have prom mod I have a lot of CC but that doesn't seem to affect the game until I changes the season. I did think of that if I play though a cycle it may work but I has already been a sim year and it's still not working.

@johannamathe Could you start an entirely new save that never saw any mods for testing purposes to see if you have the same issue ?

Just to find out if it's the save game or a general issue in your game.

I tried it out just now. I made 2 save files 1 of them was the mods were not even in the Mods folder on my computer and a CC was disabled and it still did't show up not even for babies and they usually age up in like 2 weeks. The second one I deleted all my cc and mods and still nothing showed up.

Just tested a new save myself and the birthdays are there for me

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)

Tray Folder

Screenshots/Videos/Custom music

Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)

Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....

Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

@crinrict Well I did everything. The new save file worked just fine birthdays showing up so I closed the game and added my save file and as soon as I added my save file the problem came back. What should I do?
