Black dots showing through my lots in Wakaba

Question

I originally posted this in the General Discussion but realized this is probably a more accurate place for my problem.

I'd searched the forum to see if anyone else had this problem but I couldn't find any discussions about it. I'm seeing these tiny, black dots (looks like insects) showing through my lots in Mt. Komorebi, in the Wakaba neighborhood. I only notice this occurring in Wakaba, the other neighborhoods appear to be fine, any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

@crinrict It's K-Hippie's 707 Mod, I didn't think it was this mod since the problem is in a specific area but I removed it and the black dots showing through disappeared, reinstalled and they were back. I'll let them know about this issue, thank you!
