Blast from the Past Week 3 Pep Talk Not Showing

Just started the "On the Hunt" part of this week's event, and the first task says to give yourself a pep talk in the mirror.  When looking at any walkthrough, it shows an option with the special icon...

    I moved my mods folder out (deleted localthumbcache) and opened a new vanilla save. I was able to do it then.

I had the same issue. Placing a freestanding, full sized mirror worked for me. 👍

    Sadly this didn't work for me. I placed every freestanding mirror in the game but no dice :(
