Body presets doesnt work / SimRipper

Hello, does anyone else have a problem with the body type presets ? I have 2 problems
1. when I select some body presets in CAS and go to live mode, the sim body does not change
2. Even if I select a body type preset that shows up in live mode, it doesn't show up in SimRipper..

I mainly have this problem with children, I haven't tried other ages.

Can anyone help ?

And what do you mean ? None of that content should be paid for. And I downloaded all the mods from the page where the authors of those mods uploaded it.
