Body Template Changing on Age Up

Ever since the latest update, my sims' bodies are changing when they age up (like from teen to young adult or young adult to adult, etc.).  Like, the template I chose for their body type (in CAS) completely changes.  Just as an example, let's say I choose the high muscle one initially.  However, that will change to the very thin shaped body when they age up to young adult.  Or like I'll have a sim with the very muscular body type, and that'll change to a pear shaped body template.  It will keep the same amount of muscle and/or fat that the sim has; it's just the template (chosen in CAS) that changes.  

It's very annoying.  I have to go in with cas.fulleditmode to fix everything to make them look like they did before (and try to remember what each part of their body looked like).  Just wondering if anyone knows why this is happening or if it's happening to anyone else?

**Yes, I do use mods.  They are mainly adult only mods, so I won't discuss here.  I also use MCCC, which I have tried using to prevent this, but it has not worked.  The body types change, whether I have them tagged as Freeze Physique in MCCC or not.
