Boiling Frog Hot Pot Not Available

I am working on the frog scenario and the last goal I have is to cook a boiling frog hot pot. It says that meal is available at level 7 cooking but I am on level 8 and it won't show up. It's not avai...

    I removed Simple Living and it worked!!!

Yes, I scrolled to the bottom and keep periodically trying. I dont play with any mods either. I did however have my sim get married and is pregnant so I dont know if that caused an issue? does that somehow mess up a scenario?

    It may end a scenario early if one of the conditions was a single sim. Don't know if that was the case here.
