Both food and a picnic basket in sim inventory go missing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs. All Game Packs except for GP 04, 08, 09, 10. All Stuff Packs except for a few.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When sims travel to another town, food and a picnic basket go missing in their inventory and I can't find them at all even in their household inventory.

What do you expect to see? I want to get them back for my sims to have a picnic lunch in another town.

Every time my sims travel to another town, both food and a picnic basket (from Cottage Living) in their inventory go missing and I can't find them either in sims inventory or household inventory even when my sims come back to their home. They still have any other item except for food and the basket in their inventory.
Hi, I just solved this problem. I think it was mostly caused by certain mods, (maybe food delivery mod I think?) or just the basket itself but I'm not sure what they were exactly though. I removed some gameplay mods and the problematic picnic basket. I tried with a new basket then the problem was gone. Thank you for your reply.
