Breast Sliders. Restrictive update or glitch?

So I love the sims because it's one of the few games where I can make a character who is built the way I am. For context I'm a young woman who's chest is above a DD, and in prior updates a sim could be up to an E without issues but, ever since the skin tone update it seems like the breast slider gets tighter and tighter to a point where I can't actually make myself in the game at all anymore. I can't change the breast size to larger or smother more than about half an inch before it stops, and after the recent update it's gotten even worse. I have mods but, I don't have anything that would effect the sliders. I've tried this without mods and the same issue occurs.

Please, fix this issue! I'm so sad that sims is becoming yet another game where I can't make myself in game without having to download some sexually perceived mod just so I can have a sim who realistically has an uncommon size because, if sims are supposed to be real people, real people like myself don't always fit in the A, B , C, D squad.
