@AlexMorr19 I've not had this happen but just a suggestion, have you tried changing the bathroom design? To see if it's a lot problem or if it's related to the type of toilet? I ask because I've had all kind of weird bugs with various ones in my game like fire or effectiveness. I usually redesign the pawspital bathroom to add pet bathing facilities when Sims rescue strays so I know it's possible.
Yeah I’ve redesigned the bathrooms a bunch of times and tried different toilets with no luck.
