Broken autonomy maybe?

I've had a couple weird things happening. Started the game again, restarted the pc all with and without mods (mccc& ui cheats) 

For a while now the autonomy went goofy and Sims would stop what I tell them to do and go do something random instead (the most annoying thing has to be the damn glass of water). So I switched it off and it still happened.

Then my Sim who has been making apps and games suddenly couldn't complete them anymore. He'd just stop. Tried resetting him, tried different computers etc, nothing helped. All other options on the pc work fine.

One other sim keeps changing into nightwear no matter how many times I change her back into regular clothes. As soon as any sort of task is queued up, she will put on her PJ's.

And I also can't tell my Sims where to sit anymore. Sims have been stupid anyway and would go off the lot to sit down when they have a desk right next to them so to do e.g. homework, I'd make them sit first with the homework in front of them, then click do homework but now they still get up to go somewhere else. Usually the most inconvenient spot possible.

And something completely off topic: spayed cats weren't so spayed after all because I have two kittens now?
