broken custom content

Unfortunately i was downloading custom content today and when i tried to launch my game i received a notification telling me that my game cannot be launched because of broken custom content,. when i located the broken content i removed it and im still receiving the same notification

@szazaah00 Make sure you don't have a second copy of this cc item and that iCloud Drive isn't redownloading it for you.

If that doesn't help, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package, then try again to play.
