Broken Game
Hi, I have had my game for a bit ( a couple months ) and I have downloaded cc like a lot (2150 items..) I don't know if that has anything to do with my issue but it might. So, when I got to resume/play game it will only show me willow creek and there is a orange hand. It also has a unlock button at the bottom which also does nothing. When I click on it, it shifts off screen. I don't know how to fix this I tried to contact the sims 4 customer service but no luck there. Hopefully somebody here can help me!
