Broken Mod for Luthienrising

@luthienrising Hello hope you are good.

After a long testing (50/50 Method) i found that the mod : sims4me_norandomhatsaccessoriesandmakeup (bienchen) causing this UI issue in create a Sim. 
The issue i made a photo for better explanation. It cause in the Create A Sim Menu when you go to the options where you can set your orientation and other things.

How i tested it :

Only the Mod and deleted localthumbcache -> Issue is there

Without the mod and deleted localthumbcache -> Issue is gone.
