Broken Mods Has Deleted My CC

I had just ended a long and tedious cc shopping trip on Pinterest when I attempted to log back onto my game only to be met with a black-out loading screen. So, I decided to make a new mods folder, promptly extracting all of my mods into the new one. After logging back into the game again, no blacked-out screen this time, I was greeted by the horrifying sight of my now bald and hideous sims. I am in the process of separating all of my mods marked as 'broken/damaged' by the Sims 4 Tray Importer, while constantly switching back in forth between said program and my game, to fix my game with no such luck yet. Are these cc items (hair, face details, clothes, etc.) permanently deleted or now hidden?
