I cant do the cozy celebrations event, I cant open the event bar. This is what it looks like, does it in both new save and existing save

What's in the top left corner is what's wrong, and the glitch is making my game unplayable, and I can't even see what I need to do to even get the rewards, I wanna get the cute rewards =( 

Ps. I don't know how to add a photo, so I just saved a screenshot and attached the file, Hope that's okay...
