Cleared by Creator for This Patch

Cleared content (mods declared compatible with the game update) is listed by creator. Not all creators clear their mods, especially not for smaller patches. Clearing of mods does NOT guarantee that they work: a creator may have missed an issue.

WHAT TO DO: Mods listed here are okay to keep in your game! It's still a good idea to keep a regular backup of your Saves folder by copying that folder to a different place but not by syncing on OneDrive on Windows.)

NOTE: Because many of the Sims 4-specific diagnostic tools modders use for testing were broken by this patch, many modders will need extra time for testing. In addition, not all creators clear their mods for patches; those are always “use at your own risk” if not reported broken or updated. Finally, clearing of mods does NOT guarantee that they work: a creator may have missed an issue.

  • MonoChaos is retiring their website but not able to access it for updated, and their mods are not available for download from there. These mods are currently unsupported, but are being adopted by other creators. See Updated for several updated/now hosted by HelenTheHunter on Curseforge. MonoChaos asks that Simmers please stop asking them about their mods or reporting issues to them.
  • ChippedSim and LittleMsSam are both recovering from illnesses/injuries. Please give them space about their mods.
  • Luthienrising has adopted All Beds Same Energy, Comfort and Stress Relief from Cyclelegs and MonoChaos and will be posting a fully updated version before or early in the new year.

      To keep up with reports on outdated and updated gameplay mods, CAS and Build/Buy custom content mods, new bugfix mods, and related Sims 4 tools — not just catch up when your game won't behave or you're returning to Sims 4 after a long break — you can subscribe to this thread. The top posts will be regularly updated with the more critical reports, but not all reports will appear there.

      As noted in the top post, not all mods and creators are covered here. In the end, your use of mods is your responsibility.

        New subscribers: You can expect multiple new-post notifications per day for the first days after a pre-EP patch, especially if there’s news about particularly popular mods or mods that are outdated in a game-breaking way.

        And to all mod/CC users: Please be patient with creators and give them space to do what they need to do. Most also have school, jobs, family responsibilities, health issues, or other things that often have to come before testing and updating their mods. Those who do mod-clearing (not all do) will get to it when they can. The same is true for mod updates, and those are not always straightforward. In the past, we’ve seen modders give being nagged by Simmers as as a reason they finally quit modding. Don’t be that person. Consider, while you wait, starting a new mod-free game or getting some other things on your to-do list done.
