MODS and the GRIM REAPER REWARDS EVENT: Revised
Because a number of mods appear to be interfering with the Grim Reaper Rewards Event, and because of some other issues not related to mods, Crinrict recommends playing through the Rewards Event after creating a fresh user folder. (When I’m swapping user folders like this, I rename the user folders something like “The Sims 4 Regular Gameplay” and “The Sims 4 Reward Event” so I don’t lose track.) You can also hold off starting the event for now to see if a patch comes out for the non-mod-caused problems.
For Better BuildBuy users: If you have Better BuildBuy, first turn off “organized debug” or after you remove the user folder, run a Game Repair.
For players leaving mods in: See the Known Issues below.
For any players, mod players or non: If you pause the game, unpause and let the game run for a few seconds before doing things like save, exit, change lots, or go into CAS.

- TwistedMexi – BetterBuildBuy – blocks part of the Rewards Event gameplay re. flowers; turn off "organized debug"; if you disable mods/remove the folder, run a Game Repair to reset organized debug
- TwistedMexi – TOOL Mod – blocks Rewards Event on main page
- Deaderpool – MC Command Center – UPDATED: the setting to pause lot on load can trigger blank Event UI; turn this off
- NEW: Scumbumbo – Always Start Lots Paused – can trigger blank Event UI
