Bubble tea stand, says: “There is no available counter space”

Hi! I don’t have mods have all expansions, most game packs, most stuff and some kit stuff.

I was at the thrift and bubble tea store and a couple of things are happening, can’t wear the outfits for some reason, can’t order from the bubble tea stand, it says that there’s no counter space 🥲 I have nothing on top of the bar, there’s empty counters on the back
