Buggs with new Patch

I have a few buggs in my game and was wondering if others too. It's really annoying and something like this hasn't happened before in my games.

My female sims get pregnant when just clicking 'woohooing' not making a baby just the normal version. At first I thought it was a misclick but it happened 2 times in a row. Sadly no more jiggyjiggy for my sims untill it is fixed.

Also my sims cant eat at the table anymore. They can sit at it without food just not with, which doesnt make sense. I am not using a custom content table and have no mods installed, so that couldnt be the problem.

Last but not least, townies go into my home without permission. Luckily I can fix that with putting a lock on my doors but it is annoying when I have friends over. Because then I have to unlock the door for them and when they leave lock it again.
