    @Chazzergee You have broken mods, possibly including Better BuildBuy and TOOL Mod. See the pinned post about Broken and Updated Mods.

Since my game updated I have been having a problem while in buildmode the item menu is scrambled and you can't see what you are selecting. I have added photos to better show what I am talking about.
